I know I’ve gained at least 10 lbs bc recovery but I’m too afraid to weigh myself .. my bones are less prominent so I’m losing my shit and I have no clue what I look like lmfao help

If you're in recovery, it probably isn't helpful for you to focus on weight/bmi.

Less prominent? Your bones are very visible. You look so skinny still! BMI 14 maybe? Very low!

You look still extremely tiny most people probably wouldn't even see you gained anything!! You look like your still in the 14s BMI wise IMO you don't look much higher than what I remember from your old pictures

Because we're disordered we notice the smallest changes in our appearance that others never would be able to see. I know it probably doesn't make you feel better but it's most likely only noticable to you. If you think it would trigger you and hinder your recovery I'd advise you to just stay away from the scales all together it's not helpful at all in recovery to know your weight.
