still want to die, but my room is clean
breakfast:
- low carb monster (30)
lunch:
- pack of salt & vinegar seaweed (50)
- fiber one brownie (70)
dinner:
- pack of cheez-its (110)
- caramel coffee hard candy (17)
fitbit (10:56pm): these numbers really don't look right to me today, they don't add up in my mind
- 4.86 miles
- 17,039 steps
- (3,271 x .70) = 2,289 calories
calories: 2,289 burned - 277 intake = 2,062 deficit (but probably not actually cause fitbit doesn't know my metabolism is in the ditch right now)
