Had a horrible Headache today morning so i sleept in till 2pm, then went to down sooo much water and took a cold shower..
It was around 23/25 degree so i basically died when waking up. Then went shopping around 8pm.
So basically fasted from yesterday ~8/9pm till today 9pm.

Like i said, im at my parents place atm so checking in is a bit difficult as i didnt bring my laptop with me.
Usually having right now 1 small meal a day and a snack with coffee for breakfast.

Driving around with my Brother a lot since he got himself a nice sports car.
Went to the doctor tho last week since i had massive Headache, vomitted and had fever.
Got a prescription for better painkillers and had to do an MRT. Everythings seems fine so all good.
And got a paper so i can make an appointment to get my throat checked out.

Following because we have the same height and kinda similar goals (I started at 79kg). I've never sat down to write my plan but in practice is very similar to yours too. For me the hardest thing is to keep a good exercise routine...

I always tried to write my food/weight down in notebooks but never kept it long - but on here i actually manage to.

Im really on a plateau, stuck on 70/71kg for the last week(s) now.
I definetly need a few fasting days and MORE WORKOUTS.
Since i came back from my Parents, i moved less. They have a big House and i have to go constantly up and down, help cleaning or go to the city for my mom.
Now im stuck in my small flat. I should go out for walks but im a bit anxious. Really need to get myself bluetooth earbuds to keep myself distracted on the walks.

Diary:
Today was mistake after mistake. I miscalculated and accidentally ate over goal...
I've been feeling so weak, my head foggy.
I think that I will have my binge tomorrow. I plan on going to the store
and buying everything I need and spend the day in my room
filling my face. I'm sure it will hinder my progress but I am
obsessing over it endlessly. I don't mean binge in the way a lot of people do.
I mean a true, horrible binge. I need to in the same way I need to restrict.
Then the next day I will do a liquid fast.
Unless I wake up tomorrow and am feeling so guilty and bloated from today,
in which case I will do it the following day.
Food
Breakfast - Hot Honey Coffee + Yogurt w/ Granola & Raspberries (290)
Little attempt to start the day with more but it proved to be a major mistake.
I should have started with less and ended heavier.
Lunch - Traditional Macchiato + Complete Cookie (433)
Ate the whole cookie but only showed half. Made my stomach so bloated...never again.
Dinner - Miso Soup + Spoonful of Sunflower Butter (135)
The Incident - Homemade Granola (Approx. 500)
I can explain. I can. but it won't do me any good. I could purge it but I'm trying not to make that
a habit of mine. I want to. But I won't. I can feel myself wanting to though. Needing it.
My reasoning was that I'm going to binge tomorrow anyways and my stomach was growling.

15th:
I felt sooooo hungry this day. I usually don't eat breakfast on working days but I felt like I was going to pass out or fall asleep if I didn't, I was super hungry and had absolutely 0 energy.
I just felt absolutely ravenous all day and out of work I honestly just accepted that I needed a binge. I went out to get food and everything which included 2 ready made wraps from the store and a baguette. I've been wanting to try those wraps for so long so i thought I would allow myself to try them and then throw them back up lmao.
BUT. I had one of the wraps, then a bunch of cherries and I actually felt full and satisfied???? So I didn't end up binging after all and now I have a whole baguette just laying here that I don't want to eat lmao. The second wrap will probably just be breakfast for tomorrow. But yeah, very happy that it went this way.
Also I finally weighed myself and lost a liiiitle more. Weightloss is going very slow but that was to be expected as I ate around 1500 most days. The friends wedding and the festival are one week away now and best I can hope for is that I break into the 62s.

Im looking back in my cronometer app and every day is only half filled in as I binged most days or had eaten in situations where I couldn't weigh or even estimate my portions..
Every day was over 1500 I'm sure.
Only yesterday was sort of a good day with 800 eaten calories but a BP in the evening..
Ramblings:
So clearly the last few days have been really bad. The binging started on the 18th (okay I'm calling it that but I know that technically like they were just big meals or extra snacks but to me they felt like binges) I just had this craving for carbs that nothing could satisfy. I was like, okay I usually get this before my period but that should be another week from now. 19th was more of the same stuff and then the 20th my period came. So it explains where it all came from but I haven't had a BM since, am bloated AF and the lax I took last night is also doing literally nothing.
I'm writing this on the morning of my friend's wedding and I'm just so so so incredibly dissapointed that I'm basically at the same weight I was two months ago but on top of that I'm bloated so I look worse.
After the festival tomorrow I'm obviously going back on track again but this time without a time goal. I think the time goal and especially not achieving that goal makes me more negative than appreciative of any small progress that I do make.
Like, I have lost 8-9kg since March, that's something right. And I know I can easily do it again.
I try to tell myself: Imagine if you had not chosen to start losing weight again, you think you look bad now?? Imagine if you had not lost anything at all and you would have weighed 72kg today and that makes me feel a bit better. (Also at least I have maintained my weight, I think I would be literally suicidal if I gained lmao)
Sorry for all the negativity, I'm going to do better again! I've also been neglecting the gym because it was too fucking hot where I live but I can't wait to go back and also maybe share all the exercises that I do etc! I really love going to the gym so I'm excited about getting back into that rhythm!

Diet plan for the rest of the month: well at least I'm back in the 104's. Now I have to keep it down and resist. I have 12 days and I don't want to lose much, but I have to lose, period. More so because I only have 2 lbs to lose max. for the month. I have to get to the 46's. So I'm planning to alternate low restriction days with "high" restriction.

Weeeeeeell small whoosh happened!! Again with the work precision scale. I'm starting to feel safe only weighting myself there LOL. Basically I've been fasting all morning except for some cappuccino (so 18 hr. since my last meal), because I'm planning to only eating 500 cals today, so even though the home scale this morning said 47,7 kg, the scale at work right now said 47.0! I've tried 4 times and it said 46,9; 47,0; 47,1; 47,0. So I'm going with the middle weight. I am so happy!! Today is the 40th day of diet and my goal was to reach 103,3 lbs, but I'm only 0,3 lbs short so it's okay. 103's here I come!!
(Also, I was very sad before weighting myself because my favourite athlete from figure skating just retired from competition... and I've followed him around the world to watch him compete and the fact that I'll never watch him again just completely breaks my heart; spent all morning crying)

Mood: glad I've managed to limit my intake so much, I didn't have such a low res day since like 2 weeks. Anyways, today's going to be higher, I'm aiming at around 1000 calories, even if I'll retain food weight I'll still be in deficit and at least I'll have the energy to workout!

Comment: well I'm glad that my home scale confirms the 103 from the work scale yesterday I'm kiiiinda starting to like my body a little bit more, even though I don't feel like it's enough and I really really want to enter into BMI 18 territory, but I'm pretty close now. I'm happy because restriction worked, 40 days ago I was 5 lbs heavier and now I'm so close to my lowest weight since 2016. That's 46,6 kg / 102,8 lbs I believe. Once I'll be lower than that, I can go slower with my losing rhythm - I can take as much as the entire month of August just to lose 2 lbs. I can't wait... but also I can't wait for summer vacation, I'm so stressed... I've been crying nonstop for 3 days now

Short update today guys.
This morning I finally took the Admission Test to enroll in the Phsychology course at university next year. My score was good, so I haven't got the confirmation yet, but it's 90% sure I'm gonna get in (I did 33/50, the score to 'get in the admission list' is 23/50, the spots for the course are 275). I'm so happy I don't even know if I'm gonna restrict today or I'm gonna celebrate with my bf (he also did his last university exam of the session today). I'm just so happy for the test, I don't wanna have anything else in mind really!
Plus, yesterday I hit my LW since last year in october so I'm really happy and quite content with my body right now - I know I have to resist and not binge, and not gain, but I would like to take it a little easier for just a coule of days maybe.
Yesterday evening of course I was so nervous for the test that I binged a little so I ended up eating at mainteanance, but I don't really care. I'm happy!

Yes, I think I could have studied more but maybe not with all the hours of work I had to push through this and past months... I just didn't have the strenght to study seriously! Luckily, the questions were pretty reasonable.
Yes, I'd love to take it easy even though I can't risk not counting anything or eating what I want, because I do want to either lose or maintain being in the 103's till the end of the month. This morning I weighted at 104,0 lbs at home but I'm sure there was a little bit of food weight and water retention since I ate pasta yesterday and the day before (which was kind of triggering other binges lol), and today I didn't go bm yet. So I'm relaxed because I know my real weight is already in the high 46's.

Calories eaten: 700-750 cals
Workout: 1 hr 15 minutes of: helliptical, figure skating jumps practice, stretching - 450 calories burned
Week workout: 1/7 days working out
22nd of July
Goals for today: relaxing, eating about 1000 calories, finding a good present for my friend, being pretty in a dress for a party this evening, working out!!

i am exhausted. didn’t get any sleep last night which made me ravenous today lol. managed to avoid eating much though, and i’m happy with my intake. i’m having an early night so i def won’t be having any more either

i miss binging so much. i don’t miss wasting my money on food or feeling like total shit after, but there’s something so exhilarating about polishing off an entire ice cream tub in the middle of the night
i can’t afford to binge right now though, no way. even 600 calories feels like more food than my disgusting body deserves. i tried on some clothes i bought a while ago but haven’t worn and i don’t think i’ll be wearing them anytime soon. my fat spills over the waistline when i wear jeans and the lilac shirt i bought hugs my huge stomach is the most repulsive way. i don’t even know why anyone reads the crap i post here, no weight will be low enough to change how grotesque i look
