hi, i'm lacey. i'm 5'4 & i live in england and i'm a gemini its the reason as to why i'm a chaotic mess.
i've been skinny my whole life and have always had weird eating/disordered habits growing up. lockdown happened
and i developed this disorder. i started to binge/restrict then purge and over-exercise. i also have pica.
I tried to recover again in may 2022, but i just ended up binging for a month and
my weight went up to 65kg and now i'm back on my bulls*** <3
i'm pro recovery, i'm anti diet culture (ironic i know)
༝ 1 hour of walking a day / burn 400 kcal a day
༝ calorie deficit of 5,600 a week
༝ weekly budget of 5,600 kcal a week
༝ try to fast at least 36 hours
༝ try not to eat two days in a row
༝ have some maintenance days every month

med res is the sweet spot for me, i'm absolutely full. sometimes when reach my fasting goal
i shudder at the thought of food, but i wanted to eat my grapes before they expired
(i hate throwing food away).
i tried popchips for the first time today i think this is going to be my new addiction, i'm
going to add some more into my shopping basket. i think i need to lay off buying food for
a bit though. i hoard so much food.
