Losing weight takes a lotta effort disorder or not.
But your BMI is v low so take care of yourself.

CW: was in the 120s then gained this past semester to the 130s/140s. Ugh man
UGW: 90
Maintenance Goal: Staying in the range of the 40kgs (90-105ish lbs). BMI 16 probs the sweet spot.

Gave up recovery and the idea of recovering.
I'm not so naiive as to believe that reaching my UGW would be ultimate happiness,

I'm sorry If this is TMI but around what BMI did people start noticing your loss? I really want to hit 90 pounds(I'm around your starting) but I'm scared people will either notice too fast or not notice at all.

UGW: 39kg (BMI <14) (I just kind of want to say I got into the 30’s but also I know that’s really dangerous!)
UGW 2: 30kg (BMI 10.4) - Underweight (Will never get here, it's too low, I'd die I think, but hm I wish I could say I'd made it to BMI 10, so fucked up)

My situation is a little unique because I have struggled publicly with an ED in the past. So everyone who knew me, kind of knew what was going on pretty quickly. I would say after losing about 50 pounds, people knew. But as far as strangers go, people started calling me out for my weight at about 95 lbs.
